LIVSTYCKET INTERNATIONAL

Livstycket wants women worldwide to be aware of the forces they carry within themselves, that they have the capacity to develop, educate themselves and improve their lives. We believe that Livstycket’s functional pedagogy works equally well in Turkey and Uganda as it does in Tensta. Livstycket has therefore helped to launch several international projects and collaborations.

Seeing each other

The various projects and activities that Livstycket has been involved in starting up share a common goal - that of strengthening women's rights and self-confidence.
However, equally important has been to see each other and learn from each other. It's hard to cooperate if we do not know where those we are cooperating with come from, what it is that shapes their reality. Consequently we always try to visit each other's realities, see the benefits and constraints and create an understanding of each others’ situation.
